Welcome to Strand Crossfit Beginner’s ‘ON RAMP’ Program
with our Coaches Jack, Phil, Dani & Dylan
Beginner Crossfit sessions run for 4 weeks, every Tuesday and Thursday at 6.30pm and Saturday at 10am for 12 sessions. Each session progresses on from the last.
NB. If these dates and times don’t suit, we are able to offer one on one Coaching sessions. Perfect for FIFO and shift workers.
The Strand Crossfit Beginner program is designed and suitable for all fitness levels. Skills covered over the 4 weeks are:
- Cardio (running, bike, rowing, skipping).
- Weighted movements (using barbells, kettlebells, wall balls)
- Olympic weightlifting (cleans,jerks, snatches)
- Gymnastics using body weight – (push ups, pull ups, handstands, sit ups)
There is a BIG discount for 2 or more people so bring along a friend, partner or teenager and save some $$. For our Mums and Dads with little ones, we have a Creche service available located within Strand Fitness CBD – drop in and and check it out!!
