Welcome to Strand CrossFit Beginner’s Program!!
At Strand CrossFit, we believe in technique first followed by intensity so those joining CrossFit who have had no or minimal exposure to the sport can join in a way that is going to be safe, fun and non-intimidating.
Beginner sessions are held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 10am
Please check out Timetable out for when session 1 is beginning. This is the best time to start our Beginners Classes.
