As summer approaches, everyone looks to the beach, the sunshine and the water and dreams of turning heads when you take that shirt off! Sadly for most, that’s not the case! These are some quick, easy tips to help you lean up and look epic come beach season!

1. EAT CLEAN! 

This is the most important, you can train twice a day every day, but if you’re not backing that training up in the kitchen, you might as well be sitting on the couch all day. 2. TRAIN THE RIGHT WAY! 

So you’re diet is spot on and you go to the gym twice a day, but you’re still not where you feel like you should be? That might be because you drive to the gym to walk on a treadmill, or lazily lift some weights with no shred of intensity. You need to work hard, sweat, struggle for breath and really work your body to the limits of its conditioning. 3. GET A TRAINING BUDDY! 

Everything is easier with a friend! So is training and eating clean! If you’ve got someone else next you in the gym, you’ll push harder. If you’ve got someone who you can prep food with, and won’t be happy if you break your eating plan, you’re more likely to stick to it! It can be anyone! Maybe a work/school friend, your partner, sibling! Someone will work so much harder in the gym, if they’ve got someone sweating it out next to them!
