Setting it up is easy, just ask your coach about personal training and we can schedule a time for you to meet them for a health and lifestyle consultation! here they will assess your current lifestyle and training and show you how we can help!

All of our coaches are CrossFit crazy, and love to share their knowledge and experience with our clients. By getting them all to yourself for an entire session you not only do you get custom programs and meal plans, but they also plan your weekly workouts, show you new tips and tricks to enhance your mobility and skills and give you the most from each session!

Personal training comes in a number of formats, all of which we are able to facilitate!

One-on-One: The most premium experience, your trainer works with you to drive you towards your goals! During these sessions they will push you, challenge you and teach you everything you need to know inside (and outside) the gym, to turn you into the person you’ve always wanted to be!

Group: 2-4 people training together can be a motivating experience. When you’ve got your best friend, partner, parent, sibling chasing you down in a workout, you’ll push yourself further than you ever thought possible.
