The Strand CrossFit beginners Programme allows everone to learn and ge the basic skills or CrossFit. The course requires nothing but your motivation to give CrossFit a try!

Strand CrossFit - Oly Lifting
A program designed for all level of CrossFitters. Olympic Lifting focuses on the Clean, Jerk and Snatch, using progression and skill based drills that help teach and improve your lifts.
