Teams of Three Complete:

  • 50 Handstand Push Ups
  • 40 Power Cleans: 155/115 L1:135/95 L2:95/65
  • 30 Thrusters RX:155/115 L1:135/95 L2:95/65
  • 20 Snatches RX:155/115 L1:135/95 L2:95/65
  • 10 Muscle Ups Scale 30 Pull Ups, 30 Ring Dips

Two athletes being on the exercises while the third set off for a 400m run. Only one athlete working on an exercise at a time. When the runner returns, they tag another member of the team to start their 400m run. Repeat until all reps are complete.
