    • 2 hang squat snatch, increase load
    • 5 Muscle ups
  • Rest five minute set up equipment then
  • 4 rounds of: (12 minutes cut off, scale is aiming for unbroken sets of movements)
    • 12 OHS 45/30
    • 12 Dips
