    • 5-10 shoulder taps freestanding
  • B. Strict HSPU 5 x 5
  • C. 5 rounds for quality and max reps of 1 + 2
    • 1-Max kipping C2B
    • 2-Max distance HSW sets of 2m (1 rep) or 5 wall walks
    • 3- 3 jump kneeling box jump
  • D. 3 rounds for time:  (5 cut off)
    • 15 T2B or lying leg raises
    • 15 push ups
