A. Weightlifting EMOM x 10. 5 low hang Snatch or low hang clean and Jerk.

B. Front squat 6-6-6

C1. bench press

C2. strict pull up

8 – 12 rep, 3 sets building in weight.

D. Strict GHD sit up 20-15-10 add load if possible or scale to sit ups
