- 10 minutes to find heavy 3 rep power snatch straight into (snatch weight will be first dl weight)
- Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes of 5 deadlifts 10 burpee over bar, add weight to deadlifts each round
- Rest 3 minutes change weights then
- AMRAP 7 minutes 15 Chest 2 Bar and 15BW front squat
