Shoulder Taps (Stomach to Wall) 4 x 8-10

– Maintain hollow body position

– Scale height up wall as needed

– Goal is 1-2 seconds with hand off floor Cartwheel Practise Variation

– 3-5 mins

– Single arm load practise + Falling technique

Partner Spotted Walk + Pause

– 10 x 2-4 Steps + Pause + 2-4 Steps

– Partner to spot side on

– Pauses implemented to maintain control and re-gain position

TC= 35min

HS Walk should be capped at 4 mins for 30m and 2 mins of attempts for 15ms (unless very close to getting through it)
