Barbell warm up, 2 rnds empty BB:

5 Sn High Pull

5 OHS

5 Sn Balance

5x 3 reps for SPEED and TECH work (not loading) keep these around 50% of 1RM snatch or less if tech is messy

Add any specific drills for athletes as required 12 -15 mins

150 Wallballs (20/14lbs)

*Partition However You’d Like BUT the start of every wall ball set is 2 Med Ball Squats that don’t count towards completing the rep count (encouraging bigger sets on the WBs 😉
