– Maintain hollow body position

– Pause intended for correction of hollow body position

– Slow and controlled

– Eyes must stay in contact with wall/chin tucked/open shoulders on decent

Stomach to Wall + Finger Tip Rise – 3 x 10

– Shifting weight to load single arm

– Feet may remain wide and scale to 3/4 height up wall if needed

– Slow and controlled
