Go every 90s x 6 Rnds: 5 OHS with 2s pause at the bottom, build across sets, from the rack Form over weight selection today, we are working on that pause as the receiving position of our squat snatch

50 AIr Squats

40 Front Squats (35/25kg)

30 OHS (35/25kg) 20 Squat Cleans (50/35kg) 10 Squat Snatch (50/35kg) On the Minute [Starting at 0:00]: 4 Lateral Barbell Burpees *Score = Time it takes to complete the workout, change your own weights after the 30 OHS. If athletes aren’t ready to squat snatch yet a power snatch + OHS is a fine option there.
