BMU Retest

5-7 Mins for 2-3 attempts of Max UB BMU set or Max UB T2B Set*- STOP the attempt if you loose the rythm, have a huge chicken wing, etc. Basically, we are looking for max unbroken but still pretty reps. Light banded BMUs are OK to test here too for those inbetween BMU and T2B level- i.e. can link 12+ t2b but don’t have their first BMU yet
