Strand CrossFit Kids

We are excited to announce that CrossFit Kids is back! Registrations for Term 4 2023 are now open.

Age Groups:

KIDLETS: 5yrs – 7 yrs

JUNIORS: 8 yrs – 13 yrs

TEENS: 13 years +

We encourage Teens to join the normal daily W.O.Ds. These classes can be scaled infinitely to your teens skill level, and offer not only fun and create a positive relationship with fitness as the CF Kids classes do, but they are also more performance focused. To start we offer a Beginners Course every month and from there as they move into the WODs they have 4 session times to choose from, 6 days a week.

When:

Term 4 Starting Saturday 7th of October 2023 – Saturday 9th of December

Kidlets (5yrs – 7 yrs): Saturdays 9:15 – 10:00am

Juniors (8 yrs – 12 yrs)Saturday 10:00 – 10:45am 

Term Membership (10 weeks)

1 Session per week membership = $100 each child (for the whole term)

What is CrossFit Kids?

CrossFit Kids is a similar workout style to the adults with constantly varied function movements that can be scaled to any fitness level.

We group our CrossFit Kids in two age groups: Kidlets and Juniors so that your kids are not only safe in the workouts they are doing, but they are also progressing and appropriately challenged every session.

 

Teen: 13 years +
