Strand CrossFit Programs - Beginner

Another one of our CrossFit programs, is our Strand CrossFit beginners program which allows everyone to learn and get the basic skills of CrossFit. The course requires nothing but your motivation to give CrossFit a try!

Strand CrossFit Programs - Oly Lifting

A CrossFit program designed for all levels of CrossFitters. Olympic Lifting focuses on the Clean, Jerk and Snatch, using progression and skill based drills that help teach and improve your lifts. Our OLY lifting program runs in blocks, so keep an eye out for the next block.
