As many unbroken reps as possible for each of the following;

  • Wallballs
  • Kettlebell Swings 32/24
  • Pull Ups
  • Double Unders (10 rep buffer)

Rest as needed between exercises. One attempt at each.

These will be re-tested in 2 weeks! Make sure athletes record their scores and really push hard

Female: Squat Cleans (RX:135, L2:115, L1:95)

Rest 2 minutes

Female: Calories on Rower

Male: Squat Cleans (RX225, L2:185, L1:135)

 

Workout is scored on reps, with each calories equalling one rep and each squat clean equalling 5 reps if performed at RX, 3 points at L2 and 1 point at L1.
