Warm-Up (10 minutes); 3 Rounds
- 10 each x Partner Wall Balls (over pull up bar)
- 10 Kipping Swings
- 5 Burpees
Strength 15 minutes
- Push Press 5-10-5
WOD (20 minutes cut off); For time;
- 100 Thrusters (75/45)
- But, EMOM complete 3 burpees until thrusters are completed
- Beginners scale to 60 front squats (45/33)
Finisher WOD
- 5 Minute AMRAP
- 10 Toes to Bar
- 10 Ab Mat Situps

- Focus on shoulders
