2 Rounds for total muscle ups

 

In 2 Minutes Complete

12 Burpee Box Jump Overs  (30/24/20) Scaled Do half reps

Then As Many Muscle Ups as possible in remainder (scale to triple Chest to bars, or Triple pullups and Push Ups)

Rest 1 minute

 

In 2 minutes complete

15 Burpee Box Jumps

Then AMRAP Muscle Ups in remainder

Rest  1 minute

 

In 2 minutes complete

20 Box Jumps

Then AMRAP Muscle Ups in remainder

 

Rest 4 minutes
