In teams of Three

100 Deadlifts

80 Power Cleans

60 Front Squats

40 Power Snatches

20 Thrusters

Weights are 115 for men and 75 for ladies. Scale as necessary but all team members must use the same bar when possible.

After the 25 minute cut off, rest 2 minutes, then,

As an Individual, complete;

AMRAP in 10 minutes

6 burpees

6 Push Ups

6 Pull Ups

3 HSPU
