2. Thrusters (95/65)

3. Push Ups

4. Deadlifts (95/65)

5. KB Swings (24/20)

6. Power Cleans (95/65)

7. Lunges

8. Shoulder to Overhead (95/65)

9. Sit Ups

10. Sumo Deadlift High pulls (95/65)

Then, 200m Partner Carry to finish (100m each)

Rest 3 minutes, and decide on the following finisher to complete individually

1. 200 wallballs

2. 400m Swim

3. 600 Double Unders for time
