(pre-16.2) Pool session
A. 12x25m Sprints (15 seconds rest)
B. 10-8-6-4-2 Pressouts, Pushups and Burpees
C. 200m Kicking (using kickboards)

Friday 4th March
Morning classes- will be a regular WOD – wallballs, deadlifts and muscle ups!

11am – 16.2 gets released, and we can start to freak out

4pm – We kick off the first round of 16.2 heats and keep the party going until everyone’s had a go!
