Strength/Skill – Overhead Squat 3×5 (65-75-85%+ of 90% of 1RM) = go for max reps

WOD – 15 minute AMRAP
– 5 Squat Cleans 70/50kg
– 10 Bar Facing Burpees
– 15 Toes to bar
