BEGINNER ON RAMP PROGRAM 

Our Beginner Crossfit program runs for 4 weeks consisting of two weeks learning the fundamentals of CrossFit then followed by two weeks of UNLIMITED WOD’s.

 PROGRAM INCLUSIONS

 6 x 1 hour sessions technique (fundamental sessions)
 Plus 2 weeks of unlimited Normal Workouts (WOD’s)
 Body Composition Scan at the beginning

The Strand CrossFit Beginner program is designed and suitable for all fitness levels.

Skills covered over the 4 weeks are:
* Cardio (running, bike, rowing, skipping).
* Weighted movements (using barbells, kettle-bells, wall balls)
* Olympic weightlifting (cleans, jerks, snatches)
* Gymnastics using body weight (push ups, pull ups, handstands, sit ups)

Note: If these dates and times don’t suit your schedule, we are able to offer one on one Coaching instead. Perfect for FIFO and shift workers.
